As a Travel Consultant with over a year of experience in Travel & Tourism, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients in arranging their travel plans. Your role will involve creating customized itineraries, booking flights, accommodations, and other travel services to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your knowledge of various travel destinations, airlines, and accommodations to recommend suitable travel options to clients - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and requirements, offering personalized travel solutions - Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities, while ensuring all details are accurate and timely - Provide excellent customer service throughout the travel booking process, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally - Stay updated on latest travel trends, regulations, and industry developments to enhance your expertise and service quality Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the Travel & Tourism industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and suppliers effectively - Proficiency in using travel booking systems and online reservation platforms - Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple travel bookings simultaneously - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently Please note that this is a full-time position based on-site.
