Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Consultation

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to travel inquiries.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel packages, flights, hotels, visas, and related services.
Provide accurate information regarding itineraries, fares, availability, policies, and travel requirements.
Build rapport with clients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales & Query Closure

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by presenting the best travel options.
Follow up on leads to close sales within defined timelines.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a high conversion rate.
Upsell and cross-sell travel addons like insurance, transfers, activities, and upgrades.

Issue Resolution

Resolve customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and internal teams to ensure smooth booking processes.
Manage changes, cancellations, refunds, and special requests as per policies.

Documentation & Administration

Ensure accurate entry of booking details into the system/CRM.
Maintain records, prepare quotations, invoices, and itineraries.
Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,339.00 - ₹39,302.03 per month
