Travel Executive

We are looking for a Travel Executive, who will manage travel requirements made for business or holiday, also will provide tourism related services and package tours on behalf of our suppliers. Knowledge of GDS/Amadeus is mandatory

The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.

Requirement and skills

• Candidate should have a good communication skills and ability to interact and negotiate effectively
• Along with strong coordination and sales skill with proven experience in Travel Industry with Knowledge of travel norms, ticketing and reservation
• Sound knowledge of domestic/ international travel trends along with other languages will be considered as an advantage
• Candidates should have good knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, effective time-management skills with willingness to work in shifts
• Knowledge of GDS/Amadeus

Responsibilities

• Plan and sell Transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of Transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
• Enter data into our software and maintain client files
• Meet profit and sales target, also provide after sales services to the customers
• Responsibilities of making new reservations on Amadeus and changes to existing reservations, quoting the correct fares, rules of carriage, issuance/ re-issuance of tickets, and processing of refunds.
• Respond to customer queries over the telephone, email, fax, web chat, social media
• Maintain and generate reports as required
• Sell, up-sell and cross-sell products and services to the customer
• Complete fraud prevention check
• Receive Inbound calls from customers to provide information as and as require
