Position:

Travel Process – Voice Support

About the Role

As a Travel Voice Support Executive, you will handle customer calls related to travel bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and general travel assistance. You will ensure smooth and effective communication, provide timely resolutions, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls related to travel queries & bookings
• Assist customers with flight details, cancellations, and modifications
• Provide accurate and timely information
• Maintain call quality and follow SOPs
• Update system records with customer details
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
• Deliver an excellent customer experience
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduates & Graduates can apply
• Freshers welcome (No prior experience required)

• No B.Tech / B.E candidates

• Strong communication skils
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
• Ability to handle customer issues calmly and professionally
  

Work Details:

• 6 days working

• Rotational shift timing

• Rotational week off

• One-side transport provided in odd hours

Salary & Benefits:

• 16,500 in-hand salary

• Minimum

  25 WPM typing speed

• 90% accuracy
