Job Title: Travel Desk Executive

Location: Tiruppur

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Travel Desk Executive to manage and coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements for employees, guests, and executives. The role involves handling travel desk operations, guest house management, and efficient scheduling to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel Coordination:

  • Plan, organize, and manage domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and visitors.
  • Handle bookings for flights, trains, cabs, and accommodations based on company policies.
  • Negotiate rates and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors and agencies.

Guest House Management:

  • Oversee the operations and maintenance of company guest houses.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping, food arrangements, and guest comfort during their stay.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest house occupancy and expenses.

Travel Schedule Management:

  • Prepare and manage detailed travel itineraries and schedules for employees and senior management.
  • Monitor travel budgets, ensure cost optimization, and adherence to company travel policies.
  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requirements efficiently.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain updated records of travel expenses, invoices, and reimbursement requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal travel regulations.
  • Assist with visa applications, travel insurance, and other formalities when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of travel management processes and vendor coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with booking tools and travel desk software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in handling travel-related issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities.
  • Prior experience in corporate guest house management is an added advantage.

Salary: 25K to 35K Gross per month
