Your responsibilities will include handling both domestic and international travel arrangements. This involves managing air tickets, hotels, cabs, and visa support efficiently. Collaborating with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to secure the best deals and ensure timely bookings will be a crucial aspect of your role. Keeping travel records, itineraries, and documentation up-to-date for employees and guests is essential. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company travel policies and budgets, as well as assisting in processing travel reimbursements and expense claims. Being adaptable to handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and rescheduling with minimal disruption is a key requirement. Additionally, managing VIP/guest travel requirements with meticulous attention to detail will be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining strong vendor relationships, evaluating service quality, and preparing regular reports on travel expenses, bookings, and cost savings are tasks that you will be expected to undertake.
