We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Desk Executive to manage and coordinate travel arrangements for our employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth travel operations while maintaining cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies

Travel Desk Responsibilities.

• Assist employees and clients with travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.
• Research and provide information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel policies
• Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to ensure smooth travel experiences.
• Prepare and distribute travel itineraries and relevant information to travellers. Administrative Support.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Travel, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in travel coordination or a similar role.
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency travel situations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). ETHIQUAL GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED Preferred Skills:
• Experience using corporate travel management software.
• Knowledge of international travel documentation and visa processing.
• Understanding of corporate travel policies and cost control.
