Job Description

1. Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle flight, hotel, and other travel bookings efficiently.
  • Manage ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Provide real-time support for urgent ticketing needs.
  • Maintain records of bookings and generate reports as required.
  • Assist in resolving ticketing-related queries and concerns.

2. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in ticketing operations.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and refund

policies.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently
