Travel Consultant (Immediate Joining)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Travel Consultant to manage and coordinate travel arrangements including Air, Train, Bus, CAB, and Hotel bookings for both corporate clients and direct customers. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling complex bookings under pressure, managing last-minute changes or cancellations, and ensuring top-notch service delivery even during emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end travel bookings (Air, Train, Bus, CAB, Hotel Accommodation) for corporate and individual clients.
• Address urgent travel needs and be available 24x7 for emergency travel support.
• Manage last-minute changes or cancellations efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ensure best deals are provided while maintaining company policies and customer preferences.
• Build itineraries and provide cost-effective and convenient travel options.
• Maintain client travel profiles and manage corporate travel accounts.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth operations.
• Keep up-to-date with travel regulations, visa policies, and COVID-related restrictions.
• Ensure timely invoicing, documentation, and reporting.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in travel consultancy.
• Hands-on experience in corporate and individual travel bookings.
• Readiness for minimum 3 years of commitment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle high volumes of requests.
• Strong knowledge of booking platforms and tools (GDS, airline portals, hotel reservation systems, etc.).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24*7 shift or on-call basis for urgent travel requirements.
• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle critical situations calmly and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
