A Travel Consultant at ARR Holidays Pvt Ltd, Madurai, is responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries through WhatsApp, calls, ads, the website, and walk-ins. The role involves understanding each customer’s travel requirements, including destination preferences, dates, budget, and purpose of travel, and then creating customised domestic and international itineraries with suitable hotel options, sightseeing plans, inclusions, exclusions, and pricing. The consultant must follow up professionally to convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets. The position requires strong customer communication skills, as the consultant will guide travellers by suggesting the best destinations, experiences, hotels, flights, and visa information. The role also includes preparing quotations with accurate cost breakdowns, comparing vendor rates, and ensuring packages align with customer expectations. All customer details, quotations, follow-ups, payments, and booking progress must be updated correctly in Bitrix24 CRM. The consultant will coordinate with destination management companies, airlines, hotels, and internal departments like operations and accounts to ensure smooth execution of each trip. The ideal candidate should have good communication in Tamil and English, with Hindi being an added advantage.
