Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Travel Management:

    Facilitate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and clients, including transportation, lodging, and itinerary planning. Coordinate visa applications, renewals, and related documentation as required. Maintain travel records and expense reports in compliance with company policies.
  • Office & Facility Maintenance:

    Conducting regular inspections to ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the office environment. Managing the inventory of office supplies and replenishing as necessary to support daily operations. Serving as the main liaison with building management and external service providers to address any facilityrelated issues promptly.
  • Vendor Management:

    Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with vendors for office supplies, services, and equipment. Monitor vendor performance and adherence to service level agreements. Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
