About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain and update client files, tour documents, and booking records
  • Support the team in preparing travel-related documents, data base and other task as alloted
  • Handle incoming calls, emails & follow ups professionally
  • Manage office documentation and filing systems
  • Provide support in visa document collection and basic coordination (if required)
  • Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day tasks at the travel desk

Requirements:

  • Graduate from any discipline (Undergraduate with industry experience can also apply)
  • 12 years of experience in office administration (Travel industry experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email drafting)
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach
