Greet and assist clients, visitors and answering calls.  

Maintain visitor records and manage appointment schedules for MD Sir/Director

Answer phone calls and transferring calls to different department.  

Maintain front desk operations and ensure a professional environment.  

Keep brochures and good understanding about our product .  

Help clients with basic queries.  

Coordinate meeting rooms for customer discussions and presentations.  Handling Back office / Administration job.
