Job Description

Primary Responsibilities: Monitor and manage the real-time location and status of vehicles using GPS tracking systems. Ensure smooth coordination and communication with drivers, fleet managers, and related departments. Track vehicle movements, driver behavior, and route efficiency to support safe and cost-effective operations. Provide emergency response support by promptly escalating issues or incidents to the concerned authorities. Assist in optimizing routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required. Requirements: Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Excel. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, real-time monitoring environment. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts. Prior experience in fleet management, logistics, or transport monitoring will be an advantage (but not mandatory).
