Customer Service: Interact with clients to understand their transportation requirements and preferences. Provide accurate information regarding cab availability, pricing, and transportation options. Assist clients in making informed decisions about their ground transportation. 2. Booking and Coordination: Receive and process cab booking requests through various channels (phone, email, online platforms). Coordinate with local transportation providers to secure timely and reliable cab services for clients. Ensure accuracy in booking details, including pick-up and drop-off locations, timings, and any special requests. 3. Schedule Monitoring: Monitor transportation schedules to ensure punctuality and reliability of cab services. Proactively address and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation, such as delays or changes in plans. 4. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of cab bookings, client preferences, and transportation schedules. Generate and provide clients with booking confirmations and receipts through email or WhatsApp. 5. Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or concerns related to transportation services promptly and professionally. Collaborate with transportation providers to resolve any issues and improve service quality. 6. Stay Informed: Stay updated on local traffic conditions, events, and other factors that may impact transportation services. Qualifications and Skills: 12 standard pass or equivalent diploma/ITI. Proven experience in a customer service or travel-related role (3-5 years). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with transportation systems and local geography. Problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly. Proficient in using computer systems and booking software. Effectively communicate in English and Kannada. Candidates staying within the radius of 5-8KMS from our office shall be given preference.
