Maintaining School Transport, Co ordination with Parents with regards to Transport , Maintaing records related to vehicles, van students, etc.,
Reviewing government regulations and ordinances Developing blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) Liaising with architects, subcontractors, consultants, co-workers and clients Overseeing the construction of projects to ensure they meet specifications and are completed on time and within budget Managing budgets, resources, and personnel for projects Ensuring that projects comply with legal and safety regulations inspecting the school premises regularly to identify issues requiring maintenance and repair Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment and building systems Ensuring all utilities, such as electricity and water supply, are in good working condition Maintaining and repairing school facilities, including classrooms, restrooms, athletic fields, and playground equipment Keeping records of maintenance and repair work Responding quickly to emergency situations and executing evacuation plans if necessary
We are looking for couple who are willing to stay in our old age home and look after cooking. we will provide quarters, electricity and water
