Key Responsibilities:Transport Operations Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee employee transportation for seamless pickups and drop-offs. Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely service and adherence to assigned routes. Address any delays or route deviations and resolve issues promptly. Employee Coordination: Communicate regularly with employees to ensure their transport requirements are met. Handle last-minute transport changes, requests, and cancellations efficiently. Fleet Management: Monitor and manage the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and operational. Conduct periodic checks on vehicle cleanliness, fuel status, and driver compliance. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all transportation operations comply with company policies and safety standards. Monitor driver behavior and address violations like overspeeding or negligence. Assist in handling incidents or emergencies, maintaining proper reporting and escalation protocols. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily schedules, routes, and employee feedback. Generate periodic reports on transport efficiency, vehicle performance, and driver activities. Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in transport coordination or logistics. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills (spoken and written English). Knowledge of routes in and around Domlur, Bengaluru. Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and route optimization tools is a plus.
