Transport Specialist

SaaS offering for companies to run their employee transport operations efficiently and seamlessly.

ONE is a full-stack managed transport solution where we provide fleet management and

operational capabilities on top of the SaaS layer. MoveInSync is one of the few fast-growing

companies with a healthy EBITDA. Our next collective goal is to make the company IPO-ready over

the coming years.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Responsible for creating and maintaining employee profiles.

● Manage daily schedules and ensure timely updates.

● Handle routing, including regular planning and last-minute adjustments.

● Allocate vendors based on availability and operational requirements.

● Oversee vehicle deployment for efficient trip execution.

● Coordinate at the ground level with vendor supervisors for documentation and vehicle

availability.

● Manage the helpdesk and ensure timely resolution of queries.

● Handle alert management and take immediate action when required.

● Validate and close incomplete trips, including ODC, MIS, duty hours, and toll entries.

● Conduct driver and escort briefings for every major logout.

● Manage drop coordination to ensure smooth trip completion.

● Perform EHS checks randomly or at the trip level.

● Respond to negative feedback and ensure corrective measures.

● Provide on-ground support for incident management.

● Conduct physical checks during new fleet induction.

● Prepare and maintain daily reports, emails, issue logs, and penalty trackers.

● Address walk-in queries and manage email escalations.

Preferred candidate profile :

● Any graduate with min 1 - 3 years of relevant experience

● Should have excellent communications (both verbal and written)

● Prior experience in Employee Transport management

● Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel

● Should be comfortable for 6 days Work From Office

● Should be comfortable for Rotational Shift

● Languages: English, Hindi & Local regional languages
