Transport Specialist

DB Engineering and Consulting is looking for a Transport Specialist for its ongoing Metro project in Pune.

About the Role

The Transport Specialist will be responsible for analyzing last mile connectivity at various metro stations and understanding commuter dispersion and travel patterns.

Responsibilities

• To analyse the last mile connectivity at various metro stations
• To understand the commuter dispersion and travel pattern
• To work closely with MMI team of Maha-Metro and transport planning consultants of Maha-Metro to help prioritize and expedite decision making
• To liaison on behalf of Maha-Metro with other regional authorities for required decisions and interventions
• To strategize increase in ridership of Maha-Metro
• To strategize the monetization opportunities with Maha-Metro

Qualifications

• 5+ Years experience in transport advisory
• Must have Masters in Planning/ Transport planning / Engineering
• Bachelors in urban planning/ engineering
