Job Title : Transport Site Coordinator Location : Domlur/Bellandur/Brookefield in Bengaluru,Karnataka. Industry : Corporate Transportation Services Number of open positions : 05 Work experience : Fresher or with atleast 2-4 years of relevant experience. Roles & Responsibilities :1. Daily Operations Management Coordinate and monitor day-to-day transport operations at the client site. Ensure timely deployment and tracking of vehicles for employee pick-up and drop. Maintain transport schedules and ensure on-time arrivals/departures. Handle last-minute changes or emergencies related to vehicle availability or routing. 2. Vendor & Driver Management Liaise with vehicle vendors (DCO or company-owned fleets) to ensure availability and compliance. Monitor driver behavior, grooming, punctuality, and route knowledge. Ensure drivers follow safety, compliance, and service protocols. 3. Client Coordination Act as the on-site point of contact for client HR/Admin/Facilities teams. Address and resolve client concerns regarding transport services promptly. Provide regular updates to the client about transport operations, changes, or incidents. 4. Employee Assistance & Safety Assist employees with transport-related queries, complaints, and lost & found. Ensure that all safety protocols (GPS tracking, panic buttons, escorts for women, etc.) are followed. Maintain records of employee feedback and implement service improvements. 5. Roster & Route Planning Prepare and manage rosters, shift-wise transport requirements, and optimized routing. Coordinate with backend teams for routing software or manual route adjustments. Ensure cost-effective route planning without compromising employee convenience. 6. Compliance & Documentation Maintain daily logs, incident reports, fuel usage, and kilometer tracking. Ensure vehicle documents (RC, insurance, fitness, permits) are valid and up to date. Support compliance audits by sharing relevant data and reports. 7. Reporting & Escalation Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to transport managers and client stakeholders. Escalate unresolved issues to senior management for quick resolution. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) like SLA adherence, vehicle utilization, etc. 8. Technology Utilization Use transport management software (TMS), GPS tracking, and employee transport apps effectively. Troubleshoot tech-related issues and coordinate with the IT support team. Key Skills Required : Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of Bengaluru geography Problem-solving and crisis management Proficiency in MS Excel and transport management systems Ability to work in rotational shifts or extended hours Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
