Client Coordination & Relationship Management:- The candidate will serve as the overall in-charge for operations at 2–3 designated NTZ client sites, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. • The candidate shall take complete ownership of 2–3 NTZ customer locations, overseeing day-to-day operations, staff coordination, and client communication. • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between the travel agency and client transport teams. • Understand each client’s transport needs, shift patterns, and employee count. • Maintain regular communication with client transport SPOCs to resolve escalations, schedule changes, or employee feedback. • Attend regular review meetings with clients and share reports as needed. 2. Fleet & Route Management:- Plan, monitor, and optimize routes for cost efficiency and timely pick-up/drop of employees. • Allocate vehicles based on shift timing, route density, and cab sharing feasibility. • Ensure driver and vehicle availability for all shifts – including backup cabs for contingencies. • Coordinate with the fleet team for vehicle rotation, maintenance, and standby arrangements. 3. Operational Oversight:- Ensure smooth day-to-day transport operations across all assigned client sites. • Track vehicle punctuality, employee attendance, no-shows, and trip adherence. • Conduct random spot checks at pick-up and drop locations to ensure SOP compliance. • Monitor GPS tracking and MIS reports for real-time visibility and alerts. 4. Driver & Vendor Supervision:- Brief and debrief drivers on client expectations, routes, safety norms, and behavior. • Maintain discipline among drivers and ensure their grooming and conduct. • Address driver grievances and escalate recurring issues to the operations head. • Supervise third-party vehicle vendors (if used) and ensure service-level compliance. 5. Reporting & Documentation:- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations, incidents, fuel usage, and vehicle utilization. • Maintain attendance logs, trip sheets, duty rosters, and fuel consumption records. • Ensure proper documentation of vehicle insurance, permits, pollution certificates, etc., are up to date 6. Issue Handling & Escalation Management:- Handle real-time issues such as breakdowns, delays, driver absenteeism, and employee complaints. • Provide alternate transport in emergencies. • Escalate critical issues to senior management with actionable insights. 7. Safety & Compliance:- Ensure adherence to transport safety protocols (especially for female employees during night shifts). • Conduct periodic driver briefings on defensive driving, zero harassment policy, and emergency procedures. • Ensure cabs are equipped with safety features – like panic buttons, GPS, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits. 8. Cost & Efficiency Monitoring:- Monitor trip costs, route feasibility, and fuel efficiency. • Identify and suggest cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality. 9. Desired Skills and Traits:- Strong coordination and communication skills (Kannada, English, Hindi preferred). • Tech-savvy: Able to work with GPS tracking, Excel, and transport management software. • Assertive and proactive in problem-solving. • Ability to work flexible hours (especially during shift start/end times).
