Transport Regional Manager

Tender Truck is building India’s largest organised trucking supply network. Our LFC (Local Facilitation Center) Model is the backbone of our hyperlocal strategy, and we are looking for a leader who can build, onboard, train, and manage LFC partners across India.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands field operations, partner management, and business development.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute a Pan-India strategy to build a strong and scalable LFC network.
• Identify potential LFC partners, evaluate their capabilities, and onboard them as per Tender Truck standards.
• Provide training, handholding and continuous support to new and existing LFC partners.
• Resolve operational challenges and ensure best practices are implemented across locations.
• Maintain and update SOPs, franchise manuals, training workflows, and compliance guidelines for the LFC model.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with partners to drive long-term business growth.
• Monitor LFC performance and ensure strict adherence to Tender Truck operational, service, and compliance norms.
• Work closely with operations & BD teams to ensure smooth supply availability and vehicle placements.
• Drive excellence in supply-side operations to achieve best-in-market freight rates.
• Conduct periodic business reviews with LFC partners and share improvement feedback.
• Analyze regional logistics trends and provide insights to management for expansion and optimization.

Who You Are

• 4–8 years experience in transport operations, branch development, franchise management, cluster leadership, or supply-chain operations.
• Strong understanding of field operations and on-ground partner management.
• Excellent communication, training, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-scaling startup environment.
• Ready to travel frequently to build and support the LFC network.
