As the Transport In charge at PHR-G's ADM-G department located in GGN, your role will involve supervising daily bus operations, coordinating with transport vendors for maintenance issues, preparing MIS reports, conducting driver engagement activities, managing vehicle documentation, overseeing transport team shifts, processing bills and invoices, handling bus pass management, ensuring expenses alignment with agreements, and maintaining statutory compliance. Additionally, you will be responsible for spot rental taxi booking, preparing MIS for taxi management, and ensuring compliance with agreements and statutory regulations. Your key competencies should include proficiency in MS-Excel, Word, Power Point, Hindi language, ERP, logistics and transport management, vendor management, regulatory compliance, problem-solving, and crisis management.
