Job Description

As part of our expanding operations team, we are looking for a Transport Executive (Helpdesk) to manage communication, coordination, and reporting functions efficiently.
 
Pre-requisites:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a transport helpdesk role.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
  • Handle inbound calls from clients, passengers, and drivers, and make outbound calls as required.
  • Manage and respond to emails from clients, passengers, and internal teams promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to helpdesk operations.
  • Coordinate effectively with operations, routing, and tracking teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
