Job Description

Location:

CTC - 37 K max.

Only Need From employee transportation services

Job Objective

To manage and monitor day-to-day employee transportation operations through the Command Center, ensuring incident management, compliance, and smooth functioning of transport services.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor end-to-end employee transport operations via the Command Center.
Handle
incident management
log incidents, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Track vehicle movement, routing, and adherence to schedules in real time.
Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and employees to resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with
safety, security, and transport governance protocols
.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS and performance reports.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Maintain accurate documentation related to trips, incidents, and compliance.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience
in
transport operations / command center / incident management
.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, MIS reporting, and transport management systems
.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
Knowledge of
incident reporting and escalation processes
.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
