Transport Coordinator

As a Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling transport routes and delivery timelines to ensure timely dispatches and pickups. Your role will involve coordinating with drivers and logistics providers for vehicle allocation and load planning. You will track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal teams on delivery statuses. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining documentation such as trip logs, gate passes, fuel slips, and delivery notes. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and schedule transport routes for timely dispatches and pickups - Coordinate with drivers and logistics providers for vehicle allocation and load planning - Track shipments and provide regular updates on delivery statuses - Maintain documentation including trip logs, gate passes, fuel slips, and delivery notes Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in transport coordination or logistics preferred - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using transportation management systems is a plus Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.
