Job Description

Job Duties

Enter New Transporter onboarded into the System with his KYC Documents.
Assign and reassign the transporters to ATRM/TRM after manager’s approval through the system.
Manage all the reports related to Transport and any updates in the system to be documented.
Develop and implement automated systems for transport purchase management.
Monitor and update sheets to track transporter quotes and allocations.
Coordinate with the technology team for system upgrades and improvements.
Ensure all Transport purchase orders are processed through the automated system.
Efficiently manage all the transport related reports for queries.
Accurate and timely updates to transport quote sheets.
Effective collaboration with the technology team for system enhancements.
Coordinate with the Development team in case of queries.
Daily monitoring of reports and highlighting the red flags to the manager which needs to be discussed with the team.
Conducting Daily/weekly team meetings- and preparing proper prints of the reports to present in the meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
