You will be responsible for coordinating the transportation operations of our Transport Company, ensuring efficient vehicle placement and optimizing logistics processes. Your primary focus will be on managing FTL vehicle allocation, building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, and ensuring cost optimization strategies are implemented effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating leads for FTL business from new and existing contacts on a daily basis - Acquiring new clients for surface transportation needs through factory visits and continuous follow-ups - Communicating with clients and brokers daily to schedule loading and place orders - Collaborating with transport vendors and service providers to uphold high service quality standards - Daily tracking of all trucks to ensure timely deliveries In addition to operational tasks, you will also manage documentation and coordinate with the Head Office, ensuring the timely collection of weight slips and proof of delivery documents.
