Job Summary: The Transport Coordinator is responsible for route planning, vehicle allocation, and ensuring the timely movement of employees, with optimal use of the MoveInSync portal. Key Responsibilities: Plan and optimize daily employee transport routes using the MoveInSync tool. Coordinate with transport vendors to manage trip schedules and real-time updates. Ensure compliance with transport protocols, including escort mandates and vehicle hygiene standards. Monitor and address real-time exceptions such as no-shows, trip cancellations, and delays. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding changes, incidents, or delays. Support internal and external transport audits by maintaining accurate documentation. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in employee transport management. Proficiency in MoveInSync operations (routing, scheduling, tracking). Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
