We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sr. Manager - Solution Consultant to join our growing Banking & Financial Services vertical.

5. Overall 8+ yrs of experience and Core Solutions / Transitions experience of at least 3 years between 3rd party and captive International BPO

6. Ability to lead projects from Month 1 of joining

7. Knowledge of BFSI domain is a must – Sound knowledge of lifecycle, processes etc. 8. Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills- Must

9. Hands-on experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint, Forms etc. is a must

10. Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP or Prince certification- Must

11. Exposure to PMO tasks and activities— Sound clarity and concepts are a must

12. Managed at least 2-3 multi-tower projects within BFSI domain within last 2 roles

13. Should have multitasking ability to manage sub- process requirements.

14. Strong analytical skills, Quick Learner and problem solving skills
