Job Title: Transformation Office – Data Specialist

Management Level : 09 – Specialist (Team Lead/Consultant)

Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon / Mumbai

Must have skills: Python, SQL, Power Bi, Tableau, Root Cause Analysis, Data modeling, Scenario building

Good to have skills: English, Transformation PMO, Culture Fit & Relevant skills

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Specialist / Data Scientist to support our Transformation Office with data-driven insights and robust performance tracking. The role involves working on data modeling, scenario building, and working with RCT data to enable in-depth discussions with initiative teams. You will play a key role in generating insights, building performance narratives, and supporting informed decision-making during monthly reviews. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into clear business actions are essential for success in this role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work on RCT data and build scenarios to support initiative-level analysis and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with initiative teams to gather, validate, and structure performance-related data.
  • Generate actionable insights and craft compelling performance narratives for monthly leadership reviews.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support real-time visibility and tracking.
  • Support scenario modeling to evaluate the impact of different strategic options.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and readiness for leadership presentations and reviews.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in Accenture's Value Realization Tool - Momentum.
  • Skilled in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Familiarity with RCT or equivalent performance tracking tools.
  • Proficient in Python and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience in dashboarding and reporting using Power BI and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

Additional Information:

  • Experience in a transformation office or similar role.
  • Advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with initiative teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with consulting environments or large-scale program management is a plus.
  • Certification or coursework in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
