Job Description

Bayer is looking for Transformation Lead to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive transformation strategies to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
Provide coaching and guidance to employees on new processes and procedures.

Job Requirements
