Job Description

Experienced Professional with 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience in Direct Tax, International Tax, and Transfer Pricing. This role will be responsible for building robust transfer pricing documentations, handling the APA along-with post signing compliances, transfer pricing advisory services for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transfer pricing laws, regulations, OECD guidelines and policies, and will be able to manage a variety of transfer pricing related projects.Duties and Responsibilities -

International Tax:

  • Manage tax compliance for cross-border transactions and ensure tax efficiency across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Assist in the drafting and implementation of intercompany agreements and transfer pricing policies.
  • Collaborate with external tax advisors and legal teams on international tax matters.

Transfer Pricing:

  • Manage the organization’s transfer pricing policies and documentation in line with local and international regulations.
  • Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies that align with the organization’s global business operations.
  • Coordinate with external advisors for benchmarking studies and documentation support.
  • Monitor the compliance with local and international transfer pricing regulations.
KPI -
  • Timely completion of statutory compliances related to transfer pricing including CbCR filing, notifications, Master File compliance, Transfer Pricing Audits, etc.
  • Independently leading the Transfer pricing litigation

Essential -

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-10 years of relevant experience in Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing (including handling APA)

Desirable -

Experience in IT industry Working experience in PeopleSoft
