Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

As a member of the team, help create a positive learning culture.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external use.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments.
Assist in building and updating financial models used in the valuation and analysis of transactions.
Provide logistical and administrative support to the transaction advisory team during the deal execution process.

Skills and Experience required:

Commerce & Secretarial Graduates with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience. Freshers can also apply.
Basic understanding of financial statements, transaction services or business valuation.
Effective communication (written as well as verbal) and presentation skills.
Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
Must be able to work, at times, multiple assignments simultaneously.
