Job Responsibilities:

  • As a member of the team, help create a positive learning culture.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external use.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments.
  • Assist in building and updating financial models used in the valuation and analysis of transactions.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to the transaction advisory team during the deal execution process.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Commerce & Secretarial Graduates with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience. Freshers can also apply.
  • Basic understanding of financial statements, transaction services or business valuation.
  • Effective communication (written as well as verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
  • Must be able to work, at times, multiple assignments simultaneously.
