Dy Manager / Manager – Transaction Advisory Requirements: 1. 5-7 years seasoned experience of carrying out business development and execution of assignments for Advisory services in areas like Power / Renewables / New areas like BESS/ Green Hydrogen etc. / other alternative energy sources 2. Very good communication and presentation skills 3. Relationships / Networking with Clients / prospective customers Responsibility: 1. Proactively meeting with clients to expand the advisory business. / liaison with targeted clients so that Tractebel can meet the Qualification Criterion 2. Identify potential partner organizations for collaboration / partnerships. 3. Preparation of presentation and delivering to clients 4. Execution of advisory assignments 5. Preparation of Techno-Commercial Due Diligence of different projects 6. Reviews of project contracts/ agreements / other relevant documents/ Identify risks 7. Project Management & Coordination with clients, internal dept and other stakeholders involved in the business / organization 8. Preparation and Review of Financial Model. Review and comment on the Financial Models assumptions, formulae and logic used. 9. Expertise in Preparation of Reports free of errors and address issues raised by Lenders/Investors 10. Preparation of Detailed Feasibility Reports & Pre-Feasibility Reports with support from leads. Special Attributes: Knowledge on Regulatory Framework, Advisory Services for Power / Renewables / Net Zero / Decarbonization solutions etc Ready to work on Commercial/ Financial aspects of Due Diligence Reports Deliver end-to-end support to multiple clients and be able to work independently as well as part of a team Eager to learn new areas like BESS, Hydrogen, GHG emission reduction Ready to travel to client location for meetings / conducting site visits.
