About the Role & Objective

Beat Training

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

• Training Delivery & Execution:

  Conduct T3 (Train-the-Trainer) for new hired trainers and facilitate learning sessions.

• Field Training:

  Deliver training to ISDs (Promoters) at modern trade outlets (e.g., Croma, Vijay Sales, Great Eastern).

• Program Management:

  Plan and ensure the execution of New Hire Induction Programs (NHIPs) and other training programs PAN India.

• Performance & Reporting:

  Prepare review decks, maintain the entire training database for the LOB, and ensure the team delivers agreed client KPI goals.

• Process Improvement:

  Conduct regular market visits and constantly work on process improvement.

Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)

• Experience:

  1-2+ years of work experience in Training.

• Industry Background:

  Sales/Retail/DTH training (telecom) experience is required

  . Prior DTH training experience is preferable, as is experience from Telecom competitor candidates.

• Education:

  Graduate is required (BE/B.Tech is preferable), or a minimum 2 years Diploma after 12th pass.

• Training Skills:

  Must have experience in

  Classroom/Online/Field Training

  .

• Team Handling:

  Must be able to handle a team of 15-20 participants during online or classroom connect.

• Travel:

  Need to be open for travel

  in the local area (Customer Premise & Modern Trade Stores) and outstation travel.

• Other Skills:

  Should have above average communication and writing skills, and be able to work on Excel/PowerPoint.
