Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Placement Officer located in Pune. The Training Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating campus placements, engaging with college recruiting activities, conducting training sessions, and developing soft skills in students. The primary tasks include liaising with potential employers, organizing recruitment drives, and providing career guidance and counseling to students to enhance their employability.

Qualifications

• Excellent skills in Campus Placement and College Recruiting
• Strong Communication and Soft Skills
• Experience in conducting Training sessions
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage with academic institutions and corporate organizations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the education sector or placement services is a plus
