Training Placement Officer

As the HR Manager/Placement Officer at New Horizon College of Engineering, you will play a crucial role in the Placement Department. Your responsibilities will include: - Building employer partnerships to create job opportunities. - Expanding core company placements for students. - Maximizing student placements through industry engagement. - Bringing top recruiters offering better salary packages. - Actively connecting with businesses for placement tie-ups. - Researching job portals for suitable opportunities. - Maintaining a database of potential recruiters. - Networking with HR professionals for placements/internships. - Organizing pre-placement training programs. - Managing placement events, seminars, and workshops. - Keeping records of placements and internships.
