Training Placement Officer

As a Placement Manager at Connecting Cyber Networks Institute in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to manage and support the job placement process. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison between candidates and employers to facilitate job placements. - Conduct initial interviews, assess candidates" skills, qualifications, and career goals. - Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and interests. - Maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, recruiters, and hiring managers. - Provide career counseling and guidance to candidates throughout the placement process. - Ensure all placement-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date. - Monitor and evaluate the success of placements and provide feedback for improvement. - Stay informed about job market trends, employer needs, and candidate expectations. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in placement coordination. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and job placement management software. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Passionate about helping people succeed in their careers.
