Job Description

Identify skill gaps and training needs across sales, credit, operations, and collections teams. Develop and deliver training modules on housing finance products, regulatory guidelines (like RBI, NHB), sales techniques, customer handling, and system usage. Design and execute structured induction programs for new joiners across functions. Conduct regular field training, role plays, and refresher sessions to enhance frontline productivity. Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and impact analysis on business KPIs. Key Skills Deep understanding of housing finance products, lending processes, customer profiles (especially in Tier 2/3 markets), and compliance norms. Strong verbal and written communication in English and regional languages for diverse team engagement. Ability to confidently conduct classroom, virtual, and on-field training sessions. Skill in designing impactful training materials, videos, manuals, and assessments. Skill in planning, scheduling, and executing multiple training programs across regions efficiently.
