Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Manager based in Alwar. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, assessing organizational training needs, and evaluating training outcomes. Primary tasks include developing training materials, conducting workshops, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and keeping up-to-date with the latest training techniques and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Strong skills in assessing organizational training needs and evaluating training outcomes
• Ability to develop comprehensive training materials and conduct workshops
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Alwar
• Experience in the manufacturing or chemical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
