Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training sessions for

  Government, Banking, and other competitive exams

  (SSC, Banking, Railways, State Govt, Insurance, etc.).
• Teach core subjects such as

  Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, General Awareness, and Current Affairs

  (based on specialization).
• Design and update

  course content, lesson plans, and study material

  aligned with latest exam patterns and syllabus.
• Conduct

  mock tests, practice sessions, and doubt-clearing sessions

  .
• Track student progress and provide

  personalized feedback and mentorship

  .
• Stay updated with

  exam notifications, pattern changes, and recent trends

  .
• Support academic planning and contribute to

  result-oriented strategies

  .
• Engage students through interactive teaching methods to maintain high motivation and performance.

Mandatory Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of

  Government exams, Banking exams, and competitive exam patterns

  .
• In-depth understanding of

  syllabus, difficulty levels, and scoring strategies

  .
• Excellent

  conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills

  .
• Strong

  communication and presentation skills

• Ability to explain complex topics in a

  simple and engaging manner

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduation/Post-graduation in any discipline.
• Prior experience as a

  competitive exam trainer or faculty

  is highly preferred.
• Candidates who have

  appeared for or qualified competitive exams

  will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 1–5 years of relevant teaching/training experience (flexible for exceptional candidates).
