7-8 years Experience in managing End to End Training Function in Personal and Beauty Companies.

Assessments Preferred experience in working with LMS Experience in managing a team of field trainers

Willing to travel for 12 15 days in a month

Graduate from a Reputed Institute

Relevant tertiary qualification in HR with specialization in Training

Excellent Communication Skills Written (content development) and Verbal (presentation and facilitation) • Proficient with PowerPoint, Word & Excel • Working experience with latest LMS and mobile learning technology • Good administrative, planning and organizational skills • Team handling experience is essential • Conduct Train the Trainer through various modalities • Must be creative and innovate to continuously improvise in the training delivery • Eye for detail when working with data • Ability to work under pressure, create and process content quickly • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines • Strong understanding of business dynamics

To stabilize the training function for the business by incorporating all the best practices set up by the COE and thereby provide world class training for the Business unit KEY OUTPUTS:
