As a Training Program Manager at EMPBindi International Association, you will play a crucial role in leading and elevating training initiatives to empower rural women to fulfill their aspirations and build thriving communities. Your strategic mindset and dynamic approach will shape the future of the organization through innovative curricula design, trainer empowerment, and strategic partnerships. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Program Leadership:** - Spearhead end-to-end management of training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Develop frameworks for program monitoring and continuous improvement. - Drive the strategic objectives and goals of the organization through training activities. - **Driving Measurable Impact:** - Define and track learning objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Analyze feedback and assessment data to optimize learning outcomes. - Ensure training outcomes contribute to broader programmatic goals. - **Empowering and Developing Trainers:** - Identify trainer development opportunities through needs assessments. - Design engaging workshops and mentorship programs. - Establish performance management systems for continuous growth. - **Curriculum Innovation and Digital Transformation:** - Design inclusive curricula that resonate with diverse audiences. - Lead the transition of training content to digital platforms. - Ensure current, relevant, and impactful training materials. - **Strategic Growth and Expansion:** - Contribute to scaling and enhancing training programs through strategic planning. - Explore innovative approaches to expand program reach and improve quality. - Research potential thematic and geographic areas for program expansion. - **Building Strategic Partnerships:** - Cultivate strong relationships with partner organizations and subject matter experts. - Build a network-driven model for localized content dissemination. - Represent the organization at external forums and partnership meetings. - **Knowledge Management and Reporting:** - Develop concept notes, proposals, and reports for stakeholders. - Create case studies and learning resources. - Document best practices and lessons learned. - **Impact Measurement and Data-Driven Improvement:** - Implement frameworks to measure training program impact. - Utilize data analysis for strategic decision-making. - Present data-driven insights to leadership and partners. **Skills Required:** - Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written). - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms. - Experience in the non-profit, education, or social impact sector. - Comfort with data analysis and technology-driven training tools. **Competencies:** - Creativity and problem-solving in challenging situations. - Data interpretation for programmatic decisions. - Interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders. - Teamwork and coordination for program success. - Analytical, decision-making, and presentation skills. - Strategic decision-making and leadership abilities. - Mentorship, team building, and multidisciplinary teamwork. - Innovative thinking for implementing ideas. **Education and Experience:** - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, or community development. Experience in delivering engaging training sessions and familiarity with adult learning principles.
