Job Purpose

  • To manage the learning & development needs of assigned Region for Employees and Partners through Training Need Analysis, Training delivery, Joint Field Work and other business activities.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • To coordinate with Employees and Partners to understand their learning requirements & provide the necessary training interventions.
  • To prepare Training Calendars in discussion with Major stakeholders and ensure adherence.
  • To take employees through the Learning Journey of the channel. Addition to this train Employees and Partners on Products and Processes as per requirement.
  • To liaison with Zonal Head/ Cluster Manager provide feedback on Training content requirements
  • To support Employees & Partners on sales call for demonstration and observation purpose.
  • To communicate & track completion of learning assignments including e-learning for Employees.
  • To manage all the MIS and records related to Training activities and maintain documents and updates for Audit purposes.
  • Time to time discussion with RA for better performance

  • Monthly Training Man-days achievement
  • Assigned Bank Branches are covered within a specific period with the training interventions.
  • Training of Mandatory courses, Structured Learning Journey modules & Joint calls support wherever required.
  • Activation of Key Stakeholders (Relationship managers, Partners, Bank Branches, LGs) as applicable
  • New RM handholding and ensuring early success as applicable.
  • Regulatory (IRDAI) Licensing of Partner Employees
  • Development & Governance

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Full-time Graduate/Post-Graduate from recognized college or university; Certification relevant to Training delivery or Industry will be preferred.

Experience

  • Over-all 5 -6 years of experience out of which 2 -3 years of experience in Sales Training of relevant Industry.
