Job Description

Supports the smooth running of the Human Resources Department, managing all areas of responsibility to the highest levels.
Proactively maximizes guest service and team experience, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
Achieves human resources initiatives and hotel targets, working with key stakeholders to foster a culture of growth, development, and performance.
Manages and reviews the life cycle of the team within the hotel, ensuring adherence and compliance with all legislation and best practice activities.
Reviews and scrutinizes employee resourcing, compensation, employee development, training, and succession plans to enhance performance and provide added value.
Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders, focusing on exceptional guest service and hospitality industry passion.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in HR with excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong communication skills.
Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style, committed to exceptional guest service and hospitality industry passion.
Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations, with personal integrity and a commitment to excellence.
Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms, with a focus on fast-paced environments and hotel training.
Strong understanding of hospitality training, training need analysis, and soft skill training, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Passionate about making a real difference, identifying and developing existing talent, and delivering results-driven solutions.
