Training Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage training programs for Team Leaders and Operators across multiple shifts.
  
• Develop and deliver effective leadership training modules to enhance team performance.
  
• Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) sessions to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  
• Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in TNA, Team Leading, OJT & Leadership Training.
  
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ability to design engaging training content.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong organizational skills required.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information effectively.
