Training Manager-Collection Process

As a Training Manager-Collection Process at Firstsource, a RP Sanjiv Goenka Group company, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training and development processes for employees, with a focus on the collection process. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing training & development process for all employees, including new recruits. - Effectively identifying training needs for all employees and creating training calendars/schedules. - Designing training modules, developing training materials, ensuring delivery of training programs, and managing logistics for the programs. - Managing relationships with vendors such as external trainers, training institutes, and e-learning companies. - Liaising with cross-functional teams (EE, Ops, Hiring) to improve training output and effectiveness. - Periodically conducting reviews and tracking performance of trainers & QA. - Evaluating the effectiveness of training and identifying re-training needs. - Conducting Train the Trainer Programs. - Identifying and recruiting AMs, trainers, training coordinators, and communication coaches. - Partnering with clients to implement programs, evaluate training, and plan for new ramps & business improvement opportunities. - Planning refresher training for CSA on Customer Service, Voice & Accent, and Soft Skills, working closely with operations & quality to ensure training effectiveness. - Utilizing tools to create an immersive learning environment. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate with 5-8 years of experience in Training Management & improvements for the collection process. Key Skills: - Excellent communication & presentation skills. - Planning and Execution skills. - Ability to conceptualize and design content. - Proactively identifying current and future needs of the Center. - Good Interpersonal and analytical skills. - Ability to manage Customer critical metric performance & process improvement.
