Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Training & Livelihood Field Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and livelihood development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills of beneficiaries.

Conduct field visits to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions.

Collaborate with community leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted programs.

Design and deliver workshops, seminars, and other training activities to promote economic growth.

Evaluate the impact of training programs on participant outcomes and recommend improvements.

Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of training initiatives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in training and livelihood development, preferably in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Familiarity with data collection and evaluation methods, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
