Participate in departmental and institutional activities such as NBA/NAAC accreditation, curriculum development, and workshops. Support student learning, mentoring, and career guidance. Collaborate with industry and research organizations for innovative projects. Qualifications Essential: M.E. / M.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (or equivalent specialization). Preferred: Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related area (completed or pursuing). Teaching or research experience in a reputed institution preferred. Skills Required Strong subject knowledge in Power Systems, Control Systems, Power Electronics, Electrical Machines, Renewable Energy, or related areas. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Familiarity with modern teaching tools and learning management systems (LMS). Proficiency in simulation and design software (MATLAB, Simulink, PSPICE, ETAP, etc.). Ability to contribute to research, publications, and funded projects.
